It’s that time of the month again folks, new Maccies menu time and diehard fans will be pleased with this one.
That’s because the fast food chain is bringing back not one, not two, but FOUR fan-favourite items to the UK from May 7 — including one that customers petitioned for and hailed ‘10/10’, ‘legendary’ and ‘fantastic’.
We’re talking of course about the Biscoff McFlurry, which was previously axed from the menu in April 2024.
The sweet treat features the classic vanilla soft serve, swirled with a Biscoff biscuit crumb and costs £1.69 for a mini and £2.29 for a regular.

Along with the McFlurry, the Biscoff Frappe is also making a comeback (£3.09), which is an iced drink with a vanilla flavour base. The base is blended with ice and Biscoff crumbs, topped with a caramel flavoured cream and dusted with more biscuit pieces.
If you’d prefer a fruity drink, don’t worry as McDonald’s has you covered with this too. The chain is launching a brand new Frozen Cherry Lemonade, which they claim is the ‘perfect refreshing drink to take on a sunny stroll with’.
The beverage is made with ‘tangy’ frozen lemonade and has a sweet cherry-flavoured swirl, creating a vibrant two-tone effect, and is priced at £2.99.

It’s not all sweet stuff though, as you might have already heard the McSpicy x Frank’s RedHot is making an epic comeback – this is Maccies’ spiciest burger ever and is a chicken burger with a crispy coating, topped with lettuce, Emmental cheese, jalapeños, slivered onions and Frank’s RedHot Mayo.
For those who love a bit of spice, the mayo is also going to be available to order on its own as a dip for the first time ever, so you can turn up the heat with your favourite burger or McNuggets.
And finally beef burger lovers can rejoice as the Steakhouse Stack is also returning from May 7. The stack features two beef patties, cheddar cheese, crispy onions, red onions, lettuce and a savoury black peppercorn sauce, all served in a toasted, glazed sesame bun.

All of these will be limited-edition treats, so you’ll want to try them while you can, as they’ll likely only be around for about six weeks.
And as the menu switches over, we’ll be saying goodbye to a few of the current items from May 6 including the Mars McFlurry, White Chocolate and Raspberry Pie, the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse and the beloved Philly Cheese Stack.
The recent Minecraft Meal (which many felt was like an ‘adult Happy Meal’), will also be leaving the menu on May 6.
However, it’s not all bad news as a few things will be staying put, including the Katsu Chicken wrap and the Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers.
